With other sites, direct contact via telephone is needed for more complex documents such as Lasting Powers of Attorney and Will Trusts. We offer these documents exclusively via our online portal. This doesn’t mean however you are left to your own devices, there is a multitude of support options available to you, should you need it throughout the journey both online and from our UK based telephone consultants. The Parent Company who provides all our back-office support are regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) and also the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
In addition, they have a team of in-house specialist Solicitors who are all members of the Law Society and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
Every document produced on our platform has been approved by one of our specialist Solicitors. This really sets us apart from the average unregulated Will Writer or high street Solicitor.
